📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the demand planning process, including forecasting, planning, and execution.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior demand planners, providing guidance and training.
• Utilize advanced demand planning tools such as SAP, JDA, or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to demand planning.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
