Tech Bright Berjaya is looking for a skilled Deputy Line Cook to join our team in Palembang. As a Deputy Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all equipment and utensils.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Prepare and maintain food inventory and ensure that all food is stored properly.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Participate in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including opening and closing the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
