PT Wibawa Eka is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. This position offers a competitive salary and a welcoming work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conducting regular physical inventory counts to reconcile system records with actual stock levels.,Processing and verifying purchase orders, receiving notes, and invoices.,Assisting in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis for management.,Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.,Maintaining a clean and organized inventory storage area.,Ensuring compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.,Providing support to the warehouse team during peak periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
