📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage project timelines and budgets.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and drawings.,Support the site team in resolving technical issues and implementing solutions.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.,Work closely with the engineering team to ensure project objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in construction or engineering).,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
