📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and closing entries.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations and accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
