📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate the recruitment process.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
