📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned stores, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance targets.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with them.,Monitor store inventory levels, ordering stock as needed to ensure that shelves are always stocked and products are available to customers.,Work closely with the regional manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive customer traffic and sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all stores are clean, well-organized, and presentable to customers.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
