📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's network and internet connectivity.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and maintain IT related records and reports.,Assist in the training of new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure the security and confidentiality of the company's IT systems and data.,Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
