📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire claims process, from initial assessment to final settlement.
• Work with the claims team to ensure that all claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Work closely with the reinsurance department to manage risks and ensure the financial stability of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in claims management and reinsurance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the claims and reinsurance departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management and reinsurance.
• Proven track record of success in managing non-motor claims and reinsurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-specific software such as Claims Management Systems (CMS) and Reinsurance Management Systems (RMS).
• Certification in claims management or reinsurance is a plus.
