📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of production equipment.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Prepare and maintain production reports and records.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Support the Production Manager in achieving production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the dairy industry.,Familiarity with dairy production processes and equipment.,Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in dairy science or related fields is a plus.
