📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on shipping equipment and materials,Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards,Documenting inspection results and recommending corrective actions,Collaborating with the QC team to maintain high-quality standards,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures,Monitoring and reporting on quality control metrics and KPIs,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Marine Engineering, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection in the shipping industry,Knowledge of international shipping regulations and standards,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid certifications in quality control or inspection (preferred)
