We are currently looking for a Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Support the Supply Chain Manager in analyzing supply chain performance and identifying areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for supply chain activities.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
