🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, security management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in border management, including roles in immigration, customs, or law enforcement.
• Proven track record of success in leading strategic initiatives and managing complex operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
