Space Silver Pratama is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.,Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with professionalism and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Assist with front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks.,Monitor front desk area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.,Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for guest management.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
