📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the restaurant.,Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and plan for future improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass a background check.
