📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
