📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into paying customers.,Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and addressing objections.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to expand the company's reach.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management roles.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
