📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive income audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
• Analyze and interpret financial data using advanced tools like Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting procedures and best practices.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in income auditing, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Certification in professional accounting bodies such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
