📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support and network administration.
Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Experience with network devices from Cisco, Juniper, or similar vendors.
Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
