In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
