As a Lead AI DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our AI models. You'll work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions. Daily, you'll be troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest standards of security and reliability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI models using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models in production using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Ensure the security and compliance of AI deployments by implementing best practices and using tools like HashiCorp Vault and AWS IAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to AI model deployments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and DevOps, and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and DevOps, with a strong background in both fields.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
