📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commis chefs to maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Develop and implement menu items and recipes to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Assist in the development of the restaurant's overall food strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Experience in menu development and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with local culinary practices and ingredients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
