📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise the salon staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all supplies are adequate and well-organized.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the salon.,Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in salon management or a similar operational role.,Proven track record of successfully managing salon operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with salon software and management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of beauty industry standards and trends.
