OMEGA Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Server to join our team in Ubud. As the Lead Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant's kitchen, ensuring that our dishes are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,Comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to handle customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
