📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics activities.
• Ensure that all shipments are processed, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.
• Work closely with the transport team to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in the best condition.
• Manage and maintain all warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the warehouse.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics and operations industry.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
