📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure that our operations align with our overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and technologies to improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in operations management, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to creating a safe and pleasant work environment.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
