📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the team successfully.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR department.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in recruitment or related fields is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
