Diamond Gate Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bali while contributing to our ongoing projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of output.,Coordinate with team members to resolve any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop production team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
