📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Create tutorials, how-to guides, and other educational materials,Assist in the creation of user manuals and other reference materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on documentation projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical content,Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
