📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as food safety and sanitation regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
