📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure effective sales support.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the power systems or engineering solutions industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the power systems and engineering solutions market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
