📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Monitor and control the company's budget and expenses,Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures
