📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and staff.,Experience with inventory management and control.,Knowledge of retail marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
