• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support the company's digital transformation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.
