📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the secondary school, aligning with the institution's mission and vision.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and student support services.
• Lead and mentor a team of teachers, staff, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with the school board, parents, and community stakeholders to ensure the school's success and growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the school's academic performance, student achievement, and overall educational outcomes.
• Promote and advocate for the school's values, mission, and vision within the broader educational community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in secondary school leadership, preferably in a similar institution.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a secondary school.
• Strong understanding of national and international educational standards and curricula.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using educational management software and tools, such as Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, and various LMS.
