📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender documents
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and cost records
- Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide administrative support to the Quantity Surveying team
- Attend site meetings and provide cost advice to project teams
- Ensure all cost-related activities are documented and reported accurately
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction cost management principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Basic understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
