📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support and network administration.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network devices from Cisco, Juniper, or similar vendors.
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
